Accessibility Policy

ACP Decisions is committed to its policy that persons with disabilities have a full and equal opportunity to benefit from the products, services, privileges, advantages, and accommodations offered by ACP Decisions. In keeping with that policy, ACP Decisions retained an accessibility consultant to help us implement and maintain compliance with the relevant portions of the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA (WCAG 2.1 AA) as well as state and federal accessibility requirements.

Please note, however, that while we strive to adhere to these accepted guidelines and standards it is not always possible to adhere to accepted guidelines and standards for usability and accessibility in all areas of our website due to rapid changes in technology. We continue to seek solutions to address accessibility issues.

We support the following browsers: Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. Updates for these browsers are available for free from their respective browser providers.  We highlight recommend that you upgrade your browser versions whenever you can as the newest versions of these browsers contain the latest security features.

As part of this commitment, we are continually improving our website to make it more accessible. If you encounter any difficulty using our website, have suggestions about improving the usability or accessibility of the website, or would like to know more about ACP Decisions commitment to accessibility, please contact our accessibility team by email using the contact information below.
